The Shiny Charm is only worth it if you are going to be playing White 2 constantly. If not, then it is not worth it. Seeing as its a key item and that items from other games can't be traded from their to X/Y. Shiny Haxorus is worth it imo.

My other friend didn't want them, so if you want them they are yours. I have a shiny Vulpix and I think I have a shiny Eevee as well. I have Articuno, I've seen it about 3 times. Thank you.
