this might help you out...I tracked this info page down for you. and as an extra hint EV train 15 of your most used pkmn that gives you freedom to swich your pkmn team around.

natures dont matter that much in battle, so use whatever you like. the best way you can get a strong team is by figuering out which moves you should teach your pokemon (by tm) at certain levels and trying to add up which moves will help you now and later in the games against gym leaders you know you have to face...... do you follow?
