I noticed your question about being modded in the B/W Help Thread. I was a mod on this forum once (but I was inactive for a long time, so I was de-modded), and you don't apply - people notice you, and think you'll do a good job, and you get modded. It was a little unsettling, actually, since no-one even asked me about being a mod before I was just randomly made one...
