Random, now you know why I stopped talking to him a while ago. I'm really interested to see why somebody would think, based upon evidence, Zimmerman is guilty of First degree murder.
If not, I'll presume it's strictly racial bias.

Well 2nd degree might be too much too, but Florida allows the "lower charges" to be used if the jury so wishes, and in this case, it'd be manslaughter.
