Hey Arcanum, just saw you're Shop of all Trades reply. In my opinion, I 'think' (emphasis on the think) it could be a Chinchou that you need to get not a Pachirisu. The only other option would be the Shinx line, but Chinchou seems more appropriate for the dazzle section of the riddle

Well I can't get the link to the banner to work right now... I'm not sure the last shiny I told you about honestly. Did you add Ho-oh (SR on SoulSilver)? I got that on Thanksgiving. Since then I obtained: Shiny Barboach (Masuda Method, Diamond), Whismur (RE Sapphire), Zubat (RE Sapphire), Tangela (found a second shiny Tangela on LG, lost it then found another and caught it). I haven't found anything this year though....
