He doesn't even need stealth rock if he uses Icicle Crash. That will KO most anything 4x weak (I'm not sure about multiscale dragonite though, if at full hp).

I'd say Fighting/Dark. Aside from the color scheme, it is the naughty pokemon, and apparently learns an attack that involves insulting the enemy.

It's not specific at all. It's just "Electric-type giga drain". Specific would be "Electric type physical draining move with 80 BP". We already have a fighting-type version, so it's not even that much of a stretch. Besides, pretty much all credibility is ruined by things like "Dual-type moves"...
