Just a simple 252 HP, 252 speed and 6 def. After alot of testing with him, I've found out he is an excellent phazer, status asorber and special wall (iirc he takes about 75% from a TB from a LO Genger in sand). Because of his great speed and average attack stats, he forces alot of switches from opponents thinking they can wall him with a wall Poke only to force even more switches :3

Let me know if you find a better EV spread (chew)
