Hello and thanks for the add.

As for tracking evs, you need to know what you fought and how much they give. Look up anywhere where a pokemon or set of pokemon that give EVs for a specific stat. Like route 1 where both lillipup and patrat each give one ev in attack and combined there is a 100% chance of meeting one or the other. There, just fight them till you run out of pp.

Say you use up all one pokemon's pp from thunderbolt attacking at route one. That means you just gained 15 EVs for attack.
