To answer your MM question...

If the two foreign Pokemon are of different nationalities, then your chance of getting a shiny is the same as if it was one foreign, one not - 1/1365. If they are both of the same language, e.g. Both Japanese, then it isn't MM and is the same as using two Pokemon that aren't a foreign language, i.e. 1/8192.
