ginji is right. your offspring dw charmander is hacked. they were only released as male meaning you cannot breed them. only way to get female is to hack. the offspring will be hacked since it came from a hacked parent. you can upload it to pokecheck and it will show the ability as invalid or unreleased meaning hacked
