Because I have a female one for you that's Sturdy, Relaxed, with Stealth Rock, but it's 31/31/31/x/31 instead of 31/31/31/x/31/31, which is what I assume you want. Let me know if you want me to continue breeding until I get the x in Special Attack. If you're good with any 5 IVs, though, then your Pineco is ready
