My Feraligatr is at Level 33 and his nickname is "Snappy". Here are its EVs: 90 EV in Attack, 58 in Speed, 7 in HP, 2 Def, and 11 in SpD. May not be a 100% accurate but I've been keeping track since the start of my new game.

I have 0 PPmax but I have about 6 PPup [6 ppUp= 2ppMax] so as I said I can trade you as many PPup as you want, the PPup increase the PP by 1\3 the "unit increase" as PPmax so 3 PPup= 1 PPmax.... xD and at some point I'll get a Pokemon Emerald and start cloning again, in which case by then [in about a month or so] I'll have a ton PPmax and Gen 3 TM's
