From what I am seeing, his weakneses are water, rock and steel, because for some reason bug resists fighting xD? and yep, iy is slow, 45 base speed xD, dont think even swift swim can fix it that much xD

For a 5IV moonball elekid? sure , and what egg moves does it have, because I have an anorith with knock off and rapid spin, but only 4IV xD
