Just contact AromaFlora. She's got the actual shiny Regi's you may be after, as many of my shiny legends are actually events...
Very much so. I might be able to simply clone a shiny Deoxys, give it to you, clone your Manaphy, give you the original, and we'll both be able to simply keep them.
If the Manaphy turns out to be a dud, I'll simply let you keep the Shiny Deoxys as a gift.

The only ones I have are shiny and extremely rare events, sorry...
The only Deoxys I have are either shiny or they're Korean, and so I'm really hesitant to trade them... -
