CRUNCH

Which can be obtained breeding with a riolu that has been bred to know Crunch. Ouch!

In truth, IVs do not really matter except for:
x / 31 / x / x / x / 31
JOLLY-> QUICK FEET
Although other decent IVs in other stats is appreciated.

And state what you want, please. This might be tough.
