I have a 5th gen 6 IV Timid Shiny Starmie EV'd and max PP'd to offer for one of your Dittos (Surf/Ice Beam/Recover/Rapid Spin). I'd import it myself already, but I don't have Pokebank. I'm afraid I don't have much else to offer from a 6th gen game (Let's be honest - if you have a 6 IV Ditto, you can just GTS a mon you want, and make the super-baby yourself. That's why the 6 IV Ditto is so valued.) although I suppose I do have a Male and Female Fletchinder both with Gale Wings. No idea on the IV's and neither is shiny but eh.
