The problem was with both bios, as Whamon is from the Ocean Kingdom. Very little of the RP will take place in/around water, so your use of a water-dependant character will be limited. Again, I wanted characters to be less from the surrounding kingdoms and more from the Republic.

No, you'll have to change the bios to be accepted. Expand on things like personality and history (history mainly). My own signup sheets are good examples of what I'm looking for in terms of length and quality.
