You're giving random vms to people. And I can barely read this, its so messy. I have no idea about Trip, Ill think about it, I don't think Ash will catch Meloetta, but I think Pignite and Palpitoad will evolve. If you think Ash will get a first Psychic Type, maybe a Elgyem/Beehyem? And maybe he'll catch a Garbodor, since he caught a Muk in Kanto(I think).

About your question, I think Pignite and Krokorok will. I don't think Snivy will evolve, nor do I want her to. I'm not sure about Scraggy and Oshawott. Did I miss anyone?
