Seriously, that's really cute. To be honest, I didn't notice the waterfall at first; I just thought it was a reference to Suicune's crest and mane. So, I fail at life. XD

Hey, m'dear. I couldn't help but notice the image in your sig, specifically the part of the skirt and shirt where it's the design that's curly on the bottom and elongated at the top, and I was wondering, considering the character's nature is naive, if it was intentional that it's supposed to look a little like a-- *is punched in the face*
