That's called a FEAR Aron. It knows the move Endeavour which does more damage the stronger your opponent is, and since you're 100, it did the maximum damage. Thanks to Shell Bell, Aron recovers all his HP, making his sturdy work over and over again when you 1-shotted him. The Sandstorm was to finish off your pokemon :p
