Yes, I did. However, Fighting type attacks tend to be an exception to the Characteristics. Also, Counter ignores type effectiveness and only considers the damage dealt (Which was alot!). And, Rock type or not, Rhyhorn isn't immune to recoil...
Well...Compared to a Thunder Wave, which uses Good energy, I would say no. A Heavy Substitute would definitely take longer to create compared to one of the weakest charge. Hence why the pokemon was hit before it came up.
No, not really. As where it stands now, the Substitute mostly diverts the opponent's attention away from the user, but the pokemon behind it still does all the attacking.

Once you sort out your squad i have an Open Challenge over on UPN if you want to fight, its a doubles match that i just plan on using for leveling so you wont have to fight against any sigs or anything
