actually yeah i can recolor that with a gradient or color balance it....sometimes i do that with images on banners

yes its for mobile items on the go it works with the 3ds,iphones, and anyother device that can be handheld....i would expect your ipad though would work with xat mobile...the one in my sig is for computers....

In response to your thread, EV's are also transfered via Exp. Share. However, they're not halfed like Exp. Points. Both Pokemons gain the total ammount of EV points.

certian poekmon are in teirs so you need to check the tier list of pokemon...

this is the smogon teir list this will help you understand what teir a pokemon is amitted in...
