Many students are away during the next two weeks. To keep everyone up to date, here is what we started doing in LA today.
Date today: Feb. 16th
Reflective Writing from a week away at Inquiring Minds Learning!
Day 1:
- Look back in your journal to discover everything you did.
- Think of a great hook to start off your paragraph.
- Begin drafting your summary of what you did.
- Your draft should be ready for class the next day.
Day 2:
-Start a new paragraph draft to describe what you think about your week of learning.
- You need to include:
What did you like the most? Why?
What do you think could be improved and Why?
Questions, wonder statements, insightful information, inferential learning, predictions, extensions to other possibilities
- Use specific examples that support your thoughts.
Day 3:
-The last draft paragraph should include personal connections, other experiences, feelings, and how you might apply some new learning to another situation.
