Hey, it's always nice to see a Metroid fan around these parts. =)

I can't say for sure, but I think it might work.
And that would go in General Pokemon Discussion, but if you want it to have a poll, I think Pokepolls would be the ideal section for it.

Social groups are just to chat with people about any subject you want.
Don't ask me why we have them, because they seem to be just like Clubs to me, and we have a whole section for clubs.
The only use I can see for them is if you have a competition game, you can make a group for it. I can't really see any other uses since you can just make a Club in the Clubs section.
But it's still fun to join! ^_^

You can suggest it to Serebii, but I think there's about a 25% chance of him accepting it.
And it might take him a while to get back to you, he's pretty busy.
