I'n pretty sure Hustle only raises Attack, not special attack.

IV spread is x/x/31/31/31/31, Male, Hustle, Bold.
I totally forgot that Togepi has Hustle, but you're going to rebreed it to get it near flawless anyway.
btw did you log on the xat chat if you did type in the box that says let nature be your teacher if its not you I have no clue who that is >.>
thanks that was my first random mm tbh it came out with 3 ivs at 31 but wrong areas XD i used a japanese ditto to get it and your most welcome rider ^_^
