I think both. Personally, if the God Stone DID go with Kyurem(though it belongs with Mushoroark) then I'm hoping he summons Kyurem first, which goes crazy and then gets the other two. You work together to stop Kyurem and then fight N.
Also, have you noticed that fire and electricity are power sources whil cold is usually the absence of power?
