Yea I didn't post my first rmt yet because the advice JRC originally gave me was rmt's don't help make you a better competitive player. Battling does. So that's my story.

That's okay. You learn more when you befriend the better members of the forums. That's how I got my start. At first, I was a noob, but then I befriended JRC and he got me on track.

Go to your Control Panel (or CP for short) which is located on the "User CP" option at the left of your screen, at the left of "FAQ" (Frequently Asked Questions). Then, at your left, under "Your Profile", click the "Edit your details" option. There you go.

I actually used Smogon's standard set in OU, and it works just fine.

It absorbs most of what any Special attacker will try to throw at you (anything not named Earth Power). It really is a great set.
