I've never used it. But I don't think there would be an issue with it. Its IV's are all normal since the only code that was on was the shiny code. I can give you the info in case you want to ask "The Pros" if its safe to use.

Yup he was running around leveling up his team and had the shiny cheat on, and the poor little egg decided to hatch and ended up being a shiny eevee. I think he has a whole box of them now. I just thought it was cute so he gave it to me.

I'm really sorry but that one is not available. I really like that one. I do however have a Lv.1 slightly hacked eevee. It was hatched from an egg while the "shiny code was on in my friends AR". Thats why its slightly hacked LOL.
