Afaik yes, at least with posts (member counts are harder to gauge as some forums cull dead accounts from ages back and some do not). At least for English forums anyways.
I'm sure Serebii knows more about those sort of stats though, haha.
Server issues with it basically. You can attribute it to sppf being too big for its own good. =p If personalised avatars were allowed the server would have a lot of strain because that's a off-site picture downloaded every time someone views a thread, 20 times per page, even if it's just a guest viewing. It's not a problem for small forms or even medium ones but apparently sppf is too big for it. (And it had a lot of server issues back in the day without it too!)
