I can animate banners, but wallpapers... no can do. Also, I can't animate fragmentation banners either.

about Team Pose thingy - sorry, I made it a while ago (2 months), I forgot how ^.^;

about removing backgrounds thingy - use the pen/lasso/fuzzy wand/eraser tool.
They get the job done, but it takes a while :/
