for the record, I found it on smogon fourms while looking at castforms sets's and it looks funny since I can not take it seriously as castform is so weak

I said it was a weak attacker due to poor movepool since it is VERY predictable

all it can do is baton pass things.

if it had SLIGHTLY more base attack, Like 110. then a choice band would not be bad.

besides, speed is useless if they have priority moves like extremespeed and bullet punch.
