This one goes under the 'random friend requester noob'. Also abuses 1337 speak. Overall, he's just nooby.
I've seen more, but he's the only one I can think of at the moment.
EDIT: I forgot this guy and this guy.
Apparently they're teamed up with Infernape.Palkia as friend request machines. Nooby ones that is. Oh noes, it's a noob team!

Actually, I did get your message. I just can't send stages to you.

Did you happen to register awlccl1123 or Cavan II in Brawl? If so, maybe you can ask them for the stages I sent them to you if we can't figure out the problem.

I'm going to look up something on the official Ninty support site quickly. Maybe we'll find the problem there.
