Ok, I haven't watched in a while, but I heard there's a new opening, so all I have to say is:
LET'S GO! GRENINJA IS FINALLY BACK!
I don't even care what they do, I don't care whether he defeats Charizard or not, as long as he isn't executed poorly, I'm satisfied.
Same goes for Paul and...
I haven't EV trained before, so I need to know: if a stat shows stars next to it, the EVs in that stat are maxed out, correct? I'd like to know for if I have to spend extra time grinding Ponytas for Feraligatr. It's speed looks maxed out, but I just want to confirm.
Now that BDSP are out and Cynthia has become the strongest trainer of all time, I've decided to continue grinding for red, because let's be real here: if I can't beat red, what chance do I have against Cynthia? I needed to stall her out in the 1st fight till she only had poison jab and swords...
Honestly, I still liked the episode, but man was it stupid for Sirfetch'd to job. I don't really mind how Machamp was defeated since they referenced dynamax having limited turns. But seriously, I have a feeling Sirfetch'd will have it worse than Noivern.
This is honestly worse than Gengar...
But the thing is, Pikachu didn't care about being defeated by Grapploct. It shouldn't have even been in the fight to begin with, here it's fine, but it should've been Farfetch'd and Riolu in the rematch tbh, Farfetch'd really needed a win.
That said however, I think we should drop this argument...
It started because Riolu was defeated by Grapploct, and wanted revenge. Even if it was a tie the 2nd time around, it just doesn't have the same feel as a win. It wouldn't be pointless, but it'd honestly hurt it for me.
Definitely agree about Mega Evolution vs Gigantamax being a great way to end...
Tbh, this is one of the few cases where I'd accept a fall guy. While that's one way to put it, Lucario not being able to win without tieing would make the rivalry pointless. If they had another battle before that I'd be fine with that, but they didn't. Sorry Pikachu, you've gotta lose here.
Good start to the fight. Interested to see how Lucario will overcome Machamp (before you say mega evolution, I mean what moves it'll use)
So far my birthday present's been good.
Tbh, as disappointed as I've been about journeys, I try not to be overly negative. I understand criticism for it, and agree with lots of it, but I don't think they're intentionally trying to make things so bad.
