As Kevin24 said, your Shiny Arceus is a hack, as I too got the same one over Wondertrade. I suggest editing/removing your post before things get a little too complicated to you, as it is against the rules to trade hacked pokemon.

your shiny flawless arceus is a powersave hack. chances of a person with the code of getting a flawless one through sr is slim to none. especially if it has a good nature
