some 5th gen pokemon really need move tutors, vanilluxe comes to mind maybe serperior but its got persivity so it doesn't really need it

Serperior's SpA movepool is really lacking due to no type coverage, which means you're gonna have to choose which type you must use for Hidden Power, thus putting Persivity somewhat wasted, which is why tutor moves for it in Gray are important.
