On Crystal, Gold or Silver, it is.

It's gotta be a breeding between a shiny and a non-shiny of the same Egg group, of course. The chances then go down to 1/64. I've gotten heaps of GSC shinies that way.

But only on the GBC games. Other games, it's just the usual chances.
