Yeah, DP are definitely old enough to get remakes. I'm already really, really hoping for them like I did with Johto & Hoenn remakes in the past.
But even though I really want them, I wouldn't be surprised if we still have to wait 2-3 years.

GS on the VC was something I'd really been hoping for, too, especially since all my Gen 2 games have dead batteries now. I even had a dream the day before the direct that they were put on the VC.

I'm really hoping to see Sinnoh again in the future. DP remakes are bound to be my most anticipated yet - after barely surviving the wait for HGSS and ORAS, I don't know how I'm going to deal with the wait for more Sinnoh lol.
I can't believe it's been so many years since the DPPt games came out. It seems like it was just yesterday when I joined these forums in 2006 and watched the lead-up to the Japanese release of Diamond and Pearl.

No, I've chosen Tepig (I have chosen each Unova starter at least once, probably at least twice actually) and had Emboar on my team during a Black 2 playthrough I think it was.

Cyndaquil was my Gold starter, and I used it on HeartGold again in honour of my Gold game. I remember using Meganium on a Crystal team, though I've used the Totodile line more often between GSC and HGSS overall. I think Chikorita's one of the cutest starters, though.

I started with Snivy on my first Black playthrough, Oshawott on White.
On BW2 and other playthroughs of Black, I've chosen various starters. I know I've used each one at least once.

I got the Japanese version of Black (because...some reason), so when the English versions came out, getting White seemed like the obvious choice. Similar thing with Black 2 & White 2.

I get both versions, but the one I choose as my "main" varies...so far, I've gone with Blue (3DS VC), Gold, Ruby, LeafGreen, Pearl, HeartGold, White, White 2, Y, Omega Ruby, and Sun as my mains. So, a mix of first and second versions.

My sister used to get the opposite of my main version, but nowadays she gets whichever game she likes best in terms of colour scheme or box legend lol.

Oh yeah, it's May now. July 1's coming up.

Sounds like your Pokedex is coming along nicely!

I won't be completing the dex on my Moon as I focus on the Pokedex on my "main" versions only. My Moon is my "spare" version that I'm going to use for restart and use for replays in the future.

I finally finished my Alola dex on Sun today after catching Necrozma.

That does sound like a better Easter gift.

I still need to get Kartana and Necrozoma (might work on that today). Then, I have a lot of other things to do, like the Battle Tree and levelling up my team to 100.

I got a whole bag of chocolate eggs, plus several chocolate bunnies. It's a little too much lol.

Oh yeah, Marshadow...I haven't had time to pay that much attention to news lately tbh.

Speaking of Green, I own a copy of it. I partly got it for the sprites. It was so much fun seeing the hilariously bad ones when playing through the game.

Fortunately, FRLG have a "normal" level scheme a la RBY. It was really just Yellow that was weird with the Gym levels.
