It was Wash, beause it's Hydro Pump also benefits from the Rain, since I was using an attacking/Rain Water Thunder Hybrid team, all elec of course, they're a bit more succesfull than my previous teams.

Oh yeah! I gave you your last poke, and restrictions for Doduo, I hope you like furry poisonous bugs!
