okay sounds good ; 3to pokeshifting you need two ds in black or white go to root 15 talk with men bulding and there you can transfer six pokemon other on this page http://www.serebii.net/blackwhite/poketransfer.shtml

found it rash nature is indeed a bad nature for drillbur because it quickly raises special attack, and slow on special defense...but good news that the ability is a good ability...hope i helped : 3
