Yep double battles, bring an amulet coin an pokes at least lv64 if you complete each battle in the exact number of turns each trainer says you get more balm mushrooms to sell, 25 max when you beat all the trainers

You leave the restaurant then enter again, just exit and walk right in, don't need to wait at all or anything
Reset bag takes 100 hits
7 battles 5 people, battle the owner of the restaurant 2 times in a row, then a male waiter 2 times then the waitress at the front of the restaurant once
35+ battles approximately, getting them to lv63-68 is the hardest, then using them as the main mons to fight in the restaurant to lv them to 100 is the easiest part, if you have moves to check the Pokémon
I'm leveling up competitive pokemon on y to lv100 with the double restaurant in the north part of lumiose, within about 35 or so battles you can fully level up a Pokémon from lv1-100
