you had 1 , gyrados isn't a dragon type pokemon and you're not getting a rematch xD
you were supposed to have 3 dragons you had 1 =/you can rank up every friday by having a battle with the member in the next rank
but first you have to take your test battle to determine your rank then you can rank up =)
