Heracross dodged as Lucario shot a full tilt Aura Sphere right at him.
"Heracross!" Hunter yelled "Hang in there! Let's do some damage with Dig!" Heracross nodded and furiously dug it's way under the field. Hunter smiled slightly. Maybe the tables were being turned in his favor.
"Lucario, use Protect!" shouted Raphael. Hunter hadn't expected that. Heracross shot out of the ground...straight into Lucario's Protect. Heracross stumbled backwards, dazed. Hunter quietly swore under his breath. He needed a new strategy. Then it came to him.
"Heracross, use Aerial Ace and spin around Lucario." Heracross flew into the air, then circled around Lucario at lightning speed. A wind whipped up. After about 10 seconds, Lucario was trapped in the swirling votex. Hunter's plan was working.
