If you put in a pokemon with egg moves at any level into the daycare (let's say a level 1 male Pawniard with egg moves), all of the pokemon will be born with the egg moves even if the parent Pawniard levels up to 100. As long as you don't remove the pokemon from the daycare, it's moves will still the same.

I hope that makes sense xD (You probably already knew this ).
