the growlithe came from a trade. it is not hacked, but has been cloned. idk how to give IVs so here are the stats 12/6/6/5/6/6 it is level one recieved from the daycare

Sure. But I do know you can still get SR shinies on Emerald even if you don't have an early shiny frame.. you have to vary the timing, waiting longer or choosing quicker and entering the battle, or doing the SR. So it's probably possible. It's just be a pain if you have to wait a while before doing each SR D:

I saw your post about the internal battery running dry. I was told that when it runs dry the RNG behaves like Emerald's, which is broken and horrible for SRing unless you have an early shiny frame. I just wanted to warn you about it ^^;
