Sorry for the late reply, but yes that would be fine! It saves to your account and can then be transfered to whichever pokemon game you link up!

I made a second account for my pokemon white, it allows you to get two of any event pokemon that may come up! It is also handy to have them seperate, I've heard if they are linked you still only get 1 hour between the two.
