i only decided RPG 2003 because Bynine said it was better and easier to operate, but if you make your maps on RMXP, then thats fine :3

well, basically, it's just Emerald in RBG style, with some slight differences (eg, where certain pokemon available, trainer level differences occasionaly etc)
