I'm pretty sure that BBcode won't let you set the color of your text by using the RGB values, and if it does, it does so with the hex code instead of the decimals.
Also keep in mind that there are any number of differently-colored forum skins that any number of individuals use and the only way to be positive that your posts can be clearly read in every single one of them is to not futz with the color.
