I believe it is. As long as you buy the game yourself. They have a code that can only be used once. Just in case, search Google and see if you can, but I'd say your safe.

None. It's a PC game. My sister wanted to get it, so I bought it for her for $20. She then made me download it onto my laptop (jerk). It's truly a good game, especially with the beginning dialouge.
