Ingame can be as simply or complex as you want it to be, the games are free to be adjusted to your liking. As it is, Battle Subway and that are part of the ingame, and there's more of a need to get more complex for that to win. Posting teams/Pokemon doesn't kill a thread that is about posting teams/Pokemon. So no, we didn't "killed" the thread.

Please make sure your fanfic reviews are on-topic and say more than 'you take a while to update' (which isn't uncommon with fanfics anyway - people taking their time to write, edit, etc while dealing with rl stuff, and ignoring that is rude).

I do not discriminate on closing threads based on how new the thread creator is. Threads that will obviously not spawn intelligent discussion(and that aren't really polls) are spam magnets no matter who posts them.

It's great that you're eager to start contributing to SPPf, but lurking the forums for a bit to get a feel for how things go around here(and what kinds of threads tend to lead to discussion and which lead to spam) isn't a bad idea either.
