Hey, I know the exact cause behind the problem you mentioned. All of the battles I had against you using that team of mine were fought while I was on a laptop in Hong Kong. When I went to Hong Kong, I had to rebuild my team from scratch on that laptop, but in the process, I had forgotten to give my Ho-Oh any EVs or change its Nature (something I discovered only a few hours before I headed back to Sydney), explaining why it took so much damage from your Giratina-O's Dragon Pulse (and also explaining why its attacks were so weak throughout our numerous battles, as you would notice by performing some damage calculations of my Ho-Oh's Brave Bird against your Kyogre in our first battle, as well as its rain-weakened Sacred Fire against your Arceus-Normal in another battle). So basically, in every single battle I had while I was in Hong Kong, my Ho-Oh had no EVs as well as a Hardy nature (good thing I only lost one battle in all my time there though, and I don't think having my regular Ho-Oh's EVs and Nature in that team would have affected the outcome of that particular match anyway).

Anyway, this is the Ho-Oh that I normally use in the team you battled:



Ho-Oh @ Life Orb
Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 240 HP / 252 Atk / 16 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Brave Bird
- Roost
- Sacred Fire
- Substitute

As for the Pokémon Trading Card Game Online, I haven't bothered downloading it yet unfortunately, as I've been very tired for about a week after returning to Sydney due to jet-lag. I'll check it out soon though :)
